Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Claridock users can request deletion of their personal data and stored content.

Delete Data From Your Account

If you have access to your Claridock account, sign in and open the Settings page. In the Privacy section, use the Delete my stored data action. This removes your stored summaries, uploaded source files, generated exports, and usage history associated with your account.

What Is Deleted

  • Stored summaries and generated outputs saved in your history.
  • Uploaded PDF files and generated PDF exports.
  • Usage records tied to your account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited account, billing, fraud-prevention, and audit records where required for security, legal, tax, or contractual reasons. These retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.

If You Cannot Access Your Account

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@claridock.com. Include the account email address and enough context for us to verify ownership. We may request additional confirmation before processing the request.

Processing Time

Most deletion requests are processed promptly after verification. In some cases, we may need additional time if billing review, fraud review, or legal retention obligations apply.
