Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, billing status, and basic usage records needed to operate the service. If you sign in with Google, we may receive your Google account identifier and profile image.

We also process the content you submit for summarization, including text, URLs, and PDF documents. By default, Claridock stores the generated output only. If you disable privacy mode, the submitted source content may be stored in encrypted form to support your history and workflow.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate your account and provide access to the platform.
• To generate summaries, outlines, risk flags, and related outputs.
• To process subscriptions, one-time purchases, invoices, and refunds through Paddle.
• To detect abuse, enforce quotas, and secure the platform.
• To improve reliability, monitor failures, and support legitimate customer requests.

Storage and Security

Claridock uses access controls, encrypted secrets, and audit logging to reduce risk. Sensitive source content is not written to application logs. If stored, source text is encrypted at rest. Public share pages are published only when a user explicitly enables sharing.

Third Parties

Claridock relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, billing, email, and authentication. These providers process only the data necessary for their role and are expected to apply commercially reasonable safeguards.

Your Controls

You may update your profile information, manage billing, delete stored summary data, and control whether source content is retained. If you need additional data access or deletion assistance, contact support.

Retention

We keep account, billing, and security records only as long as needed for operational, contractual, and legal purposes. User-generated content may be deleted sooner when you request deletion or remove it from the platform.
